What is Ecopsychology and is it helpful?

In this webinar, Dr David Roland will address some of the questions we regularly see in discussions about ecopsychology.  Some of the questions he will cover:

  • What is ecopsychology and what are some of the areas of practice that come under this umbrella?
  • What evidence is there for its efficacy?
  • How can you apply ecopsychology in your practice with your clients?
  • How can ecopsychology be an adjunctive therapeutic approach and what are its limitations?
  • What part can ecopsychology play in preventing burnout and enhancing personal wellbeing for practising psychologists?  Personal practices to enhance your mental wellbeing.
  • How to use green prescriptions?

There will also be plenty of time for Q&A and ideas from attendees.
