Radhika Badhan is registered psychologist working within the Social and Emotional Wellbeing team at Central Australian Aboriginal Congress since 2024. Radhika is a well-rounded psychologist having worked in a diverse range of roles in community and public settings across the lifespan, in Australia and India. She is a Psychology board approved supervisor, an EMDRA accredited therapist, and is working towards becoming an EMDRA Accredited consultant. Radhika’s primary passion and focus is trauma informed practice. She is dedicated to working with First Nations people, endeavouring to provided culturally appropriate and safe services. This has led her to combine EMDR and the SEWB framework to adapt protocols that are culturally safe and effective for trauma. Personally, Radhika comes from a big extended family; holds very rich family values; is passionate about health equity and advocacy and loves reading, walking, watching Bollywood movies, and cooking Indian food.
