Dr Tess Crawley is a psychologist with clinical and forensic endorsement, a private practice owner and business coach with over 20 years’ experience. Before establishing The Crawley Clinic in 2003, Tess worked in prisons, community mental health, and academia. The Crawley Clinic has offices in Hobart, Launceston and Melbourne, provides rural outreach to much of Tasmania, and has trained around 80 students and interns so far. In her capacity as a private practice business coach, Tess has helped over 1,000 private practice owners Australia-wide.
Tess was named a Psychologist of the Year Finalist in 2019 and 2024, and won the 2024 Allied Health Leadership & Management Award. She is also an author of young adult and crime fiction. Her recent AuDHD diagnosis has proven a joyful revelation.
