Melanie Turner is a Psychologist with counselling and clinical endorsement practising for 17 years. Melanies's previous work has included university settings, not for profit community organisations, custodial and private practice settings and historically has worked across all areas of mental health.
Melanie has a strong interest in working with neurodivergent adults, with a particular focus on women who are late-diagnosed with Autism and/or ADHD, especially in relation to hormonal transitions, including perimenopause and menopause, and working with clients in a collaborative way to achieve resilience and well-being. A passionate mindfulness and self-compassion practitioner, Melanie uses multiple therapeutic modalities, including, but not limited to, ACT and CBT to help clients achieve their goals.
