Richard Thorpe is a registered psychologist and Director of No Worries Psychology, a specialist practice focused on psychological work injuries within the NSW workers compensation system. He is a Lecturer in Medical Education at the University of Newcastle School of Medicine and has worked as a psychologist with the University Health Service and Counselling Service, where he designed and delivered the Accidental Counselling program - work recognised with the Vice Chancellor's Award for Excellence in Health and Safety. Richard's published work includes an editorial on social health and mattering in the Bhutan Health Journal (2025). With qualifications spanning psychology, coaching psychology, and engineering, he brings a lifestyle medicine perspective to workplace wellbeing.
