Climate Emotions and Climate Cafe’s

We all live and work with(in) a climate changed world. So how do climate emotions show up in our personal lives and in our role as psychologists?

This webinar focuses on how psychologists can help with climate emotions. It looks at understanding these emotions, how they affect mental health, and how psychologists can help. We'll also explore a group model called Climate Cafes.

By attending, you will:

  • Gain a better understanding of climate emotions - what they are, their impacts on mental health/wellbeing, and the language used to describe them
  • Learn common ways climate distress shows up in therapy
  • Understand the complementary nature of individual and group processes
  • Learn about the PSC Climate Cafe model.
