AAPi's calls for 20 subsidised sessions under Medicare has aired across several ABC radio stations news bulletins in the capital cities.
"Currently, a $93 rebate for ten subsidised appointments is available to patients who see a psychologist. However, the Australian Association of Psychologists says at least 20 subsidised sessions are needed for complex clients and that the rebate should be raised to $150 a session," the bulletin said.
