Biography:
I am a Registered Psychologist, Member of the Australian Association of Psychologists and Accredited Practitioner of EMDR Association of Australia.
I have completed a two years Post Graduated Training in Psychotherapy with AABCAP, EMDRAA accredited practitioner, Trained Gottman Method Couples Therapist Level 2 and an Internal Family Systems Therapist Level 1. I also attend regular supervision as part of my commitment to provide the best service possible.
I have a personal interest in Mindfulness and I have completed a number of silent meditation retreats. I practice in Springwood, Blue Mountains and I look forward to meeting you in your own journey of self-discovery and growth.
