Biography:
I am a Brisbane based psychologist. I have area of practice endorsement (AoPE) as a Counselling Psychologist with the Psychology Board of Australia. My style is practical, collaborative and evidence-based.
I like working with all sorts of life challenges including depression, anxiety as well as grief and loss. Lately I have often been working with with people experiencing trauma (PTSD, complex trauma, and dissociative disorders), and psychosis. I mostly work with young people and adults.
I in draw upon a number of therapeutic approaches including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
