Biography:
I am a warm, supportive, caring, and compassionate person and use a comprehensive, individually tailored approach with the people I work with. I believe each client is unique and therefore requires a personalised treatment strategy.
I have extensive experience supporting adult clients with a wide range of presentations including PTSD, Complex Trauma, Stress, Anxiety, Depression, Adjustment Disorders, Life Transition Challenges (migration, divorce, work-related changes), Grief and Loss, and Addictions.
I integrate diverse psychological approaches in therapy such as EMDR Therapy, Attachment theory, Psychodynamic approaches, CBT/ACT, Motivational Interviewing, Compassion Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness.
