Biography:
Brydan Xavier is the Director and Principal Psychologist of Liminal Clinic, a forward-thinking psychology practice dedicated to supporting people in times of change, identity exploration, and healing. He draws on a breadth of experience across private practice, community mental health, and forensic settings, and offers evidence-based therapies including CBT, ACT, DBT, Schema Therapy, EMDR, and EMDR 2.0.
As a gay, neurodivergent psychologist, Brydan brings a lived-experience perspective to his work, creating a therapeutic environment where neurodivergent, LGBTIQAPSB+, and other marginalised communities feel deeply understood and affirmed. His practice is intersectional, trauma-informed, and identity-affirming, with a focus on how individual wellbeing is shaped by community, culture, and systemic context.
