Biography:
Whether you’re facing everyday stress or major life changes, I provide evidence-based, compassionate care to help you move forward. I believe therapy is not just about reducing symptoms — it’s about helping you envisage a brighter, more meaningful future. I provide a comfortable, compassionate, and non-judgmental space for children (8+), adolescents, and adults to explore their experiences, build new skills, and move toward the life they want to live.
I support people with a wide range of challenges but have a special interest in supporting people who are experiencing anxiety and depression including post-natal depression, and those with a history of trauma. I understand that seeking therapy can be a daunting experience and aim to create a safe and supportive environment for you to enable you to reach your full potential.
My goal is for people to live happier, more meaningful lives by increasing their sense of emotional wellbeing, building healthier relationships, increasing self-awareness, improving communication, and focusing on self-care. I will work with you to develop your individual goals and a treatment plan based on your unique needs.
