Biography:
I’m a registered clinical psychologist who values creating a space where people can feel comfortable, without pressure or judgement. My approach is open and collaborative, supporting people with both therapy and neurodiversity-affirming assessments. In the therapy space, I draw on evidence-based therapies like ACT and DBT, but always adapting them to fit each person’s individual needs. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, I bring both lived and professional experience to my work, always ensuring my practice is neurodiversity-affirming and trauma-informed. I often work with neurodivergent folk navigating stress, anxiety, burnout, rejection sensitivity, identity, and life changes. I aim to keep sessions down-to-earth and supportive, building a space where it feels safe to unmask and be yourself, while also helping build practical skills that can be used outside of therapy.
