Using evidence-based approaches including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), I support you to build insight, strengthen coping skills, and move toward a life that feels more authentic and aligned with your values.
