Biography:
I am a Registered Psychologist providing psychological support to adults and older adults experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, burnout, grief and loss, life transitions, and adjustment difficulties. I work with individuals navigating periods of overwhelm, emotional challenges, relationship changes, and times when life can feel difficult to manage.
My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to each individual’s needs and goals. I draw from evidence-based therapies including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and mindfulness-based approaches to support clients in developing practical coping strategies, building resilience, and improving overall wellbeing.
